Hello I’m Romain

I didn’t set out to build a LinkedIn consultancy.

I started by working inside large organisations where reputation, trust and credibility mattered long before any sales conversation happened.

Again and again, I saw the same pattern: companies investing heavily in marketing, while LinkedIn, the place where decisions were increasingly being shaped, was treated as an afterthought.

That gap fascinated me.

What Drives My Work

LinkedIn works best when it feels human, credible and intentional.

My role is not to make brands louder. It is to help them show up properly so trust builds before conversations even begin.

I’ve managed more than £4M in LinkedIn ad spend, designing and running campaigns end to end, from positioning and content creation through to targeting, optimisation, and reporting.

Every project is built around outcomes, not activity.

What Excites Me About What's Next

LinkedIn is evolving quickly, that’s what makes the work interesting.

AI is beginning to change how content is created, distributed and optimised. Used well, AI agents can automate repetitive tasks and support consistent posting, freeing teams to focus on ideas, perspective and real expertise rather than production alone.

At the same time, I thrive on working across very different industries. Moving between finance, technology, aviation, recruitment and emerging startups keeps the work fresh and constantly challenges assumptions about what works.

The fundamentals remain the same: credibility, clarity and human insight, supported by smarter tools.
